Most depressed people refuse to ask for help. Whether they don't recognize their problem or they wish to get rid of it, they believe telling someone about their feelings is a shame. It's not, actually.
很多抑鬱的人不願意尋求幫助。無論是沒意識到自己問題的人,還是希望擺脫抑鬱的人,都認爲告訴別人自己的感受很丟臉。其實不然。
Depression is a harsh feeling. When you.recognize all the symptoms and ask for help at once, though, you can feel better in a matter of a week.
抑鬱是一種酷刑,你一發現自己有抑鬱的症狀就要馬上尋求幫助,一週左右你就會恢復。
Love yourself. Don't let anyone hurt you. Surround yourself with positive people. Do what makes you happy. And nourish your positive attitude on a daily basis. These are tiny pieces of advice I can give you.

要愛你自己,不要讓任何人傷害你。要和積極的人在一起,做能讓自己開心的事,每天培養積極態度。以上就是我能給你的幾條小建議。
