S: Good afternoon, ma'am. Can I help you.find an hing?

店員：午安，小姐。要我幫你找東西嗎？

C: No, thanks. I'm just looking.

顧客：不用，謝謝，我只是看看而已。

S: We have a special on these skirts this week. Would you like to try one on?

店員：這個禮拜這些裙子是特價品，請問你要試穿一件看看嗎？

C: No, thank you. I don't need any skirts.

顧客：不要，謝謝。我不需要任何裙子。

S: How about a blouse? This one here is the latest fashion.

店員：女用襯衫怎麼樣？這邊這一件是最新款的。

C: No, thank you.

顧客：不要，謝謝。

S: Why not try on this lovely pair of shorts? I'm sure they'd look fabulous on you.

店員：何不試穿這件可愛的短褲呢？你穿起來一定非常好看哦。

C: No doubt. Look, I'm just browsing. If I need your help, I'll let you know.

顧客：那當然。是這樣啦，我只隨便看看而已。如果我需要你幫忙，我會讓你知道。

S: Take a look at this dress Don't you think it's perfect for you, ma'am? Uh, where are you going, ma'am? Ma'am?

9．fashion 款式；時尚，流行的式樣
be in fashion 流行的
be out of fashion 不流行的
例：You should spend less time worrying about what's in fashion and more time deciding what you yourself like.
（你應少花時間擔心流行什麼，而應多花點時間決定你自己喜歡什麼。）
10．shorts n．短褲（因褲管有兩個，恆用複數）
11．be sure + (that) 從句 確信/定……
例：I'm sure you will enjoy your vacation.
（我確信你會有個愉快的假期。）
12．fabulous a. 非常好的，極好的
例：The boss just bought a fabulous new house.
（老闆剛買了一棟極好的新房子。）
13．no doubt 必定
例：A: Our team will win the championship.
（甲：我們的隊伍會贏得冠軍。）
B: No doubt.
（乙：那當然。）
14．browse vi. 瀏覽，隨便看看
例：We spent a few hours browsing in the bookstore yesterday.
（我們昨天花了幾個小時在那書店瀏覽書。）
15. let + sb + V 讓某人……
let（讓），make（使），bid（叫），have（叫）等使役動詞之後，須以不帶to 的不定式(V)作賓語補足語。
例：A good manager lets his workers do their job without interfering more than necessary.
（優秀的經理會讓員工做份內的工作而不會給予不必要的干擾。）

例：Take a look at this cool statue.
（瞧瞧這個很酷的雕像。）
