職場口語:關於"工作"的常用短語
1. dirty work:指的是"必須要做的但很無聊或很難的工作",其實也就是做苦工,或者是吃力不討好的工作.
例句:
He did the dirty work on that project.
他在那個項目中做的是吃力不討好的活兒.
2. get down to work:意思是不再放鬆,開始做重要的事情,完成重要的任務.
例句:
Sorry, I've got to get off the phone and get down to work.
