n. 零售業；零售

零售（Retail）是將商品及相關服務提供給消費者（consumer）作爲最終消費之用的活動。零售業（Retail Industry）是指以向最終消費者提供所需商品及其附帶服務（incidental service）爲主的行業。

零售形式主要有零售商店（retail store，retail shop，retail outlet）、無鋪零售（non-store retail）、聯合零售（retail chain）和新業態零售（new retailing）。

在商務英語裏，常見的retail詞組短語還有retail business（零售業務；小生意）、retail price（零售價）、retail market（零售市場）、retail sale（零售銷售）、retail merchant/dealer（零售商）。
