When you think about it, we spend much of our time as women shoppers trying to buy the latest color or jean type. But what we should really be doing is focusing mostly on buying pieces that fit our particular body type.

For example, as much as I love sheath dresses, they just don't work great for my figure. So no matter howpopular/timeless/affordable/chic they are, I'm not going to ever do myself any favors by buying a sheath dress.
