環保部督察組報告稱 285家企業單位存在環境問題

China's environmental authority found 285 companies in violation of standards during the latest round of air pollution inspection.

在最近的一輪空氣污染檢查過程中，中國環保部門發現，有285家企業違反了環保標準。

Inspection teams in 28 cities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and nearby areas found 285 of 450 companies breaking the rules, the Ministry of Environment Protection (MEP) said last Thursday in a statement.

上週四，環境保護部在一則聲明中表示，京津冀及周邊地區的28座城市的督察組，在450家企業中發現有285家違反了規定。

A limestone factory in Beijing's Shunyi district did not have pollution control facilities and seemed to have used some machines that had already been sealed by local authorities, inspectors found.

督察人員還發現，北京市順義區的一家石灰加工廠沒有引進配套污染控制設備，而且可能使用了已經被當地政府查封的機器。

In Tianjin, a wooden door maker was operating with neither environmental permission nor pollution controls.

天津市一家木門製造廠既沒有環保許可也沒有污染防治設施，但當時依然在生產。

The inspectors have reported the problems to local authorities for further investigation, the statement said. MEP ordered local authorities to take serious measures against companies with severe violations.

該聲明中提到，督察人員已經向當地政府彙報了此問題，以便於進一步的調查。環保部也要求當地政府要嚴肅處理這些嚴重違反環保標準的公司。

Early this month, the ministry announced the year's campaign on air pollution in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and neighboring areas.

本月月初，環保部門宣佈了本年度針對京津冀及周邊地區的空氣污染治理計劃。

The share of days with good air quality in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei rose by 14.6 percentage points from a year earlier to 66.3 percent in March, even though the share declined in the first quarter, MEP data showed.

根據環保部的數據顯示，雖然第一季度優質空氣質量比重較去年有所下降，但今年三月份，京津冀地區優質空氣質量佔比達到66.3%，相比去年同期增長了14.6個百分點。
