只因天太冷！美國囚犯越獄又回頭
Just how cold is it in Kentucky? Apparently cold enough for an escaped prisoner to decide to turn himself in.
美國肯塔基州的天氣有多冷？答案是已經冷到讓越獄囚犯決定自首回監獄了。
Authorities say the inmate escaped from a minimum security facility in Lexington on Sunday. As temperatures dropped into the low single digits Monday, officials say the man walked into a motel and asked the clerk to call police.
據美國肯塔基州官方報道稱，囚犯羅伯特·維克週日從安保不嚴的列克星頓監獄越獄。但第二天氣溫驟降低個位數（約-10°C），警方稱，維克被迫走進一家汽車旅店，讓夥計報警。
Lexington police spokeswoman Sherelle Roberts says 42-year-old Robert Vick of Hartford told the clerk he wanted to turn himself in and escape the arctic air.
列剋星敦警方發言人賽萊樂·羅伯茨稱，42歲的哈特福特人羅伯特·維克跟店裏夥計說，他想自首並逃離北極一般的寒冷天氣。
Roberts says Vick was checked out by paramedics and returned to Blackburn Correctional Complex.
羅伯茨稱，維克已接受醫務人員檢查，並且已經被遣送回布萊克本監獄。
Department of Corrections spokeswoman Lisa Lamb says Vick would have been dressed in prison-issued khaki pants, a shirt and a jacket when he escaped.
監獄發言人麗莎·蘭姆說，維克逃走的時候，可能只穿了監獄發的卡其布褲子外加襯衫和夾克。
Wind chill readings were 20 below zero Monday in Lexington.
