About 40 percent of internet security loopholes found in China's social welfare system have been repaired after a report published Wednesday morning said that the personal information of residents in more than 30 provinces and cities across China were vulnerable to leaks.
週三上午有報道指出，中國30餘個省市的居民個人資訊有洩露的危險，目前中國社會保障系統中40%的網路安全漏洞已經修復。

internet security loopholes是網路安全漏洞；social welfare system是社會保障系統；personal information是個人資訊。
據經濟參考報（Economic Information）報道，除社保系統以外，戶籍查詢系統（household registration systems）、疾控中心（disease prevention and control systems）、醫院等大量曝出高危的漏洞可能導致個人身份證（ID numbers）、社保參保資訊（social security information）、財務（financial conditions）、薪酬（income and house ownership）、房屋、醫療資訊（medical information）等敏感資訊（sensitive information）洩露。
披露此次漏洞資訊的是補天漏洞響應平臺（Patching the Sky），該全球平臺收集相關資訊並將資訊傳送至中國資訊保安部門（information security authorities）。
該平臺工作人員表示，截至（as of）週三下午三點，40%的漏洞已經修復（repaire），但尚無法確定（uncertain）是否有資訊已洩露（whether any data had been leaked or not）。
安全專家（security expert）建議政府部門和社會保險公司（social insurance companies）應該招募資料安全專家（data security expertise），處理安全漏洞（security loopholes）問題。
專家表示，現在我國急需（in dire need of）建立問責制（accountability system），以確保政府部門的資料安全（data security）。
