對快餐的看法 Opinions Towards Fast Food
Fast food has flooded in ourlives nowadays. Concerning fast food, different people have hold that fast food isnecessary in our society while others argue that fast food is harmful to ourhealth. As far as I am concerned, fast food is necessary but not a must in ourlives.
如今，快餐已經充斥着我們的生活。對於快餐，不同的人有不同的態度。有些人認爲快餐在我們社會是必要的，而另外有些人認爲快餐對我們的健康有害。在我看來，快餐在我們生活中是必要的，但不是必須的。
On the one hand, fast food is necessary inour today’s society. Although fast food is not as nutritious as home-made food,it is a good replacement when we are in hurry and have no enough time toprepare food by ourselves. It can help us to save much time. In addition, fastfood is cheaper but various and we can taste different kinds of food by usingless money.
一方面，快餐在我們今天的社會中是必要的。雖然快餐不及家裏做的食物有營養，但是在我們趕時間，沒有時間自己準備食物的時候，快餐不失爲一個好的替代品。它可以幫我們節省許多時間。另外，快餐更加便宜，而且多樣，我們可以用更少的錢吃到更多不同的食物。
On the other hand, however, fast food isnot a must. Fast food can be used to replace our home-made food sometimes, butwe should not eat it very often. Compared with home-made food, the nutritionprovided by fast food is far less. Therefore, eating fast food only can not provideenough nutrition for our growth. Besides, the problem of food security isanother factor we should consider when eating fast food.
但是，另一方面，快餐不是必須的。快餐有時候可以替代家庭做的食物，但是我們不應該經常吃。和家裏做的食物相比，快餐所能提供的營養非常少。因此，只吃快餐不能爲我們的成長提供足夠的營養。另外，我們在吃快餐時不得不考慮另外一個因素——食品安全問題。
In a word, fast food is necessary sometimesin our lives, but we can not eat it very often. At the same time, to fit forthe need of people, fast food restaurants should develop and provide more andmore nutritious food and strengthen the supervision of food making.
總之，快餐在我們生活中有時候是必要的，但是不能經常吃。同時，爲了滿足人們的需要，快餐店應該研發和提供更有營養的食物，並加強對食品製作的監督。
