When it comes to Lang Ping, everybody knows her well in China, especially for our parents’ generation. She was such a tough woman player and helped the team won the world champion for many times. She was famous for the image of never giving up. When she retired, she became the coach. When she retired for many years, the women’s volleyball team was not that strong anymore in about 1996, Lang Ping decided to become the coach and she made the great improvement. The team won the second place in the olympic games. Then she quit the job and coach for other country. After the Beijing olympic games, Lang Ping was called to become the coach again, people wished her could make change again. This time, Lang saved Chinese team again.
