英語口語測試是否必要? Is the Test of Spoken English Necessary?

Since we go to school, we have to learn English, English has been one of the main subjects. Most students learn English for the purpose of getting high scores in the paper test, so they don’t pay attention to the spoken English. It is not good for students to master the language, the test of spoken English is very necessary.
自從我們上學起，就要學習英語，英語已經成爲了一門主要的科目。大部分學生學習英語是爲了在考試中得到高分數，因此他們不注重英語口語。這樣是不利於學生掌握一門語言，英語口語的測試是很重要的。

The language we learn is for the purpose of using it. At school, most students only treat this subject as the gate of getting into university. We can always find that the student who is good at getting the high score of English test is bad at spoken English. The student even can’t have the normal conversation. How bad it is, this situation must need to be changed.
我們學習語言是爲了使用它。在學校，大部分學生僅僅把英語當做進入大學的門檻。我們總能發現擅長在英語考試中拿高分的學生，他並不擅長口語。甚至無法用英語進行正常的交流。這多麼糟糕啊，這個情況必須得改變。

If the test of spoken English becomes necessary, the students will make their efforts to improve their ability of speaking English. They will have the motivation to do it, though it is compulsory, it is indeed good to student.
如果英語口語測試是必須的，學生們就會努力去提高講英語的能力。他們會有動力去學習口語，雖然是強制性的，但是確實對學生來說是有好處的。

The English test should be combined the paper with speaking. So the students can better master the language and make it practical.
英語測試應該是筆試和口語結合在一起。這樣學生才能更好地掌握一門語言，並且將其實踐。
