As the winter vacation has come, my families decide to do something different. We spend the time in foreign country, which is a very warm place for me. We fly to Thailand and it is the summer weather all the time. I feel so comfortable and enjoy the sunshine there. It is the best winter holiday for me.
寒假來了，我的家人決定過一個與平時不一樣的假期。我們去了國外一個非常溫暖的地方。我們飛到泰國，那裏一直都是夏天的氣候。我覺得很舒服，享受着那裏的陽光。這對我來說是最好的寒假。
廈門遊A Trip To XiamenLast winter holiday, I visited to Xiamen with my parentsby plane. My English teacher once told us that Xiamen is a beautiful city that worth of visiting. We stayed there for four days. We lived in a small fishing village. On the first day, we visited to Xiamen University and Nanputuo Temple. Xiamen University is consideredas the most beautiful and romantic campus in China. Indeed, it's fantastic and its buildings are distinctive. On the second days, we enjoyed the scenery of Jimei District. On the third day, We visited to Gulangyu. It's amazing and I like it very much. There are many small specific stores. However, the huge tourist visitors make the small island crowed. Anyway, it was a pleasant trip.
去年寒假，我和父母坐飛機到廈門旅遊。我的英語老師曾經告訴我們廈門是個值得參觀的美麗城市。我們在那待了四天。我們住在一個小漁村裏。第一天，我們參觀了廈門大學和南普陀寺。廈門大學被看做是中國最美麗和浪漫的校園。事實上，它很迷人，裏面的建築與衆不同。第二天，我們參觀了集美景區。第三天，我們參觀了鼓浪嶼。那裏的景色令人驚訝，我很喜歡。那裏有很多小商店。但是，大量的遊客使得小島很擁擠。不管怎麼樣，這是一次愉快的旅途。

我的寒假生活 My Winter HolidayDuring the winter holiday, I was very happy because of the Chinese new year and other reasons. During the holiday, my parents and I went back to my hometown in the countryside in Hebei Province. I had not come back for several years, so that I was so surprised to find that great changes had taken place in this small village in the past years. Almost every family in the village had color TV set and some of them had computers. Many families had their houses newly built or rebuilt. Previously,could be seen everywhere, but now they have taken on an entirely newlook. Motorcycles or even private cars are not luxuries any more.
寒假期間，因爲春節和其他原因我很開心。假期期間，我父母和我回到河北的鄉下老家。我已經好幾年沒回去了，所以看到過去這些年這座小村莊發生的巨大變化我感到很驚訝。幾乎村裏的每一戶人家都有彩電，有的還有了電腦。很多家庭都有了新建的或重建的房子。以前，老式瓦房隨處可見，但是現在它們看上去完全是一幅新的景象。摩托車或者甚至是私家車也已不再是奢侈品了。
One of the villagers proudly told me that he and some other villagers were going to join a tour and travel abroad. Previously, the villagers were busy in their farm work all the year round, but now they have much more time and money to relax or entertain. Traveling has become a new trend among villagers. Seeing these amazing changes, my father said that he would go back to my hometown as soon as he retired. As for me, I strongly supported his idea.
一位村民驕傲地告訴我他和其他一些村民跟團出國旅遊了。以前，村民們一整年都忙於農活，但是現在它們有更多時間和錢去放鬆娛樂。旅遊已經成爲在村民當中已經成爲一種新潮流了。看到這些驚人的變化，我爸爸說他一退休就想回到家鄉。而我也強烈支持他的觀點。
