Stress is a natural reaction of human beings to the situation. Because of lacking skills to control the bad situations, most of us were troubled with stress.

Eating, sleeping, and exercising to right levels will help to keep one healthy both in mental an in physical. You can get some help from professionist or library to judge whether your diet is suitable. Avoid use too much mount of caffeine to cope with stress.

You should keep your good sleep habits unless the change is necessary. Good sleep will help you to both keeping enough vigor and fighting the disease.

Every day you should leave some time for exercise. Regular exercises help you to relax the tense nerve and renew your energy.

Aerobic activities such as swimming, jogging, brisk walking, cycling, or vigorous racquet sports will help to strength your heart and blood vessel. Some reports show that aerobic activities make people get more energy, less stress, better sleep, weight loss, and an improved self-image.

Two theories of the stress origin are popular. The life events theory thinks that different kinds of life events have different levels stress. The other theory believes that the stress comes from the troubles in life. When troubles come out, we should control our reaction, otherwise, stress will control us.

With the development of society, the competition of the entire society is more and more intense, causing increasing pressure to people. Stress of study, work and life are ubiquitous, but how can we deal withit? Here are some tips that I hope canbe useful.

Firstly, keep good health. A healthy body is the premise to face presure. It’s the least capacity to cope with stress when a person is sick. Secondly, to accept the pressure. The reason why many people can not copewith stress is that they resist and escape it. Actually, there always is trouble and problems once we chose a path to go, because almost everything worth doing is not so dly, solve the problem, rather than complain about it. Many people complain about the surroundings anddon’t think about the solutions when faced with problems. We all know that complaint can do nothing but only let you down. As long as the problem not solved, the pressure is always there. Fourthly, tell others your pressure and get help from them. Lots of pressure can’t be solvedby our own and the rational way is talking the pressure to workmates or friends to get help from them. But thepremise to do so is that we don’t intend to put pressure to others but to seek help and support to solve problems.

Of course, there also are some other ways to cope with stress, such as readjusting goal and expectation, playing games to relax, even shopping or eating. But no matter how, solving the problem that causes stress is the best way.

In modern society, most people are under the higher pressure than ever before and some people cannot handle the stress well and choose some extreme ways to avoid or settle their ver, is stress a bad thing? As far as I am concerned, everything has two coins, and we also need to realize it from two aspects.

For one thing, stress is a kind of mental burden caused by nervousness or anxiety. In modern society, stress is mostly caused by the high requirements or heavy burden from surroundings or us, such as stress from peers or stress in economy. If we cannot handle the stress well, we would be easy to be in a negative mood and lost our motivation and courage to keep going or struggle with difficulties. In this aspect, stress is a threat for our body and mental.

However, for another, stress can also be changed into a kind of motivation if we handle it well. For example, when you find that you are surpassed by your classmates in an examination, you feel stressful but at the same time, you also tell yourself that you need to work harder to surpass him next time. Under this stress, you will find yourself have more motivation and energy to study. In this point, stress is a propeller for us to get more improvements.

Thus, we need to use a dialectical method to treat stress and handle it properly。

as the keen competition becomes more common in our society, nowadays people are facing more work-related stress. those never finished work put us into a situation in which we have a race against time. the problem is that the task must be done at the moment has nothing to do with our ultimate aim, but a lot are still waiting for us to deal with. so when the deadline comes, stress affects us physically and psychologically.

in my oppion, two things cause stress, tiredness and time. you can imagine when a pile of work is laid out before your exhausted body, you must feel some changes in yourself, such as increased breathing rate, blood pressure level, headache and oppressed.

on the other hand, time is another key factor. because time is always limited, people try to do more within less time. at times, boosted by hopes, people spend untold time on work, but it takes forever to finish, then stress remains as a part of people`s life.

as time slips by, hopes dim, stress raises. and some steps must be taken to solve the problem.

many people are caught up in the cycle of stress but they do not realize it. so the most important step is being aware of potential stresses and avoiding them. then make a list to organize your work in a better way so that you can keep a balance between work and rest, in this situation, stress is not allowed to build up at all.
