1. all day and everyday
指一段時間裏，不斷地，不停地做一件事
例如：I have to be active—I couldn't sit around all day and everyday, now that I'm retired.
我得活動活動，現在退休了，不能天天這麼呆着。
2. any day(now)
隨時，很快，就這兩天
如：Mary's baby is expected any day now.
瑪麗的孩子這幾天就要出生了。
3. any day of the week
表示喜愛的程度，肯定自己的看法“絕對，怎麼都行”
如：I don't like coffee. I'd rather have a cup of tea any day of the week.
我不愛喝咖啡。什麼時候我都愛喝茶。
day
這句話是一天裏隨時可以說的問候語，與hello/hi意思相近
如：G'day,mate. How're you doing?
哥們好啊，怎麼樣啊？

表示強調和驚訝“我這輩子，長這麼大……”
如：I've never heard such nonsense in all my born days.

要是有那麼一天就好了。

表示下結論爲時過早，還沒到時候
如：It's early days yet to let the world know the result.
現在讓外界知道（研究）成果還尚早。

如：It's just not my day: the car wouldn't start; I was late for the meeting, and to crown it all I sprained my ankle.
我今天真不順當，先是車打不着火，接着會議遲到，更糟的是把腳崴了。
