What do you see as the most difficult task in being a manager？
作爲管理者，你認爲最困難的工作是什麼？
When I have to let people go,who have made contributions and hae been loyal to the company over the years,due to downsizing or another reason that is beyond their control.
當我因爲裁員或是一些當事人和我都無能爲力的原因，不得不解僱長期以來忠於公司並做出貢獻的員工時，就感到很困難。
Especially when I know their family members and that they may face some financial hardship at least for a short period of time.
特別是當我認識到那些員工的家人，知道他們至少短期內在經濟上會有困難的時候。
After 10 years of management,my stomach still sinks when I have to announce layoffs to my subordinates.
做了10年的管理者，至今，當我必須通知下屬被解僱時，我仍然會覺得心情沉重。
