詢問信 Letter of Inquiry
詢問信的主要目的是尋求所需信息，通常包括以下幾個方面的內容：首先表明寫作意圖，說明寫這封信的目的是要尋求什麼樣的信息;然後就某一具體問題進行詢問;最後表明獲取信息的急切心情，可以提供聯繫方式以便收信人與你聯繫，並表達你的感謝之情。
寫作“三步走”：
自我介紹、說明目的—>具體詢問事宜—>表示感謝、期盼回覆
Tips:
詢問信的語氣通常比較正式、和緩，要充分表達感激之情。同時，相比較語氣直接的疑問句，用一些能夠起到提問作用的陳述句更佳。
