My fellow trainer, Sylvia Guinan, made me aware of these rules that a husband has laid out for his wife to follow during the 2014 World Cup.

The Fifa World Cup is close by. Let me give you.a few rules that will preserve your beauty.
世界盃錦標賽即將到來。 我想告訴你永葆美麗的一些要訣。1. The remote control belongs to me for the whole month.
1.世界盃賽期間的一整個月電視遙控器都由我控制。2. Tell all your friends not to give birth or wed or die or whatever during the World Cup coz we won’t go.
2.告訴你的朋友在世界盃期間無論如何也不要忙着生孩子、結婚或辦喪事，因爲我們是不會去的。3. You support the teams that I support.
3.你必須支持我所支持的隊伍。4. No talking during the game, wait for half-time or end of the game.
4.比賽期間不要講話嘰歪，等到中場休息或是比賽結束時再說話。5. Repeats & highlights are as good as the main match, so am gonna watch them.
5.重播和比賽精彩集錦同主要現場比賽一樣精彩，所以我也會看。6. You don’t just pass in front of the TV if i’m watching football, you better crawl on the floor.
6.當我看球賽時，禁止從電視前面經過，你最好是從地板上爬過去以免影響我看球。7. Make sure you don’t ask silly questions such as; is this Chelsea versus England?
7.你要保證你不會問一些愚蠢的問題，例如：這場賽是切爾西隊對英格蘭隊嗎？8. Smile every time EXCEPT when my team is losing.
8.保持微笑，處分是我支持的隊伍丟掉了比賽。Thank you,
