我國嚴管校園食品安全 鼓勵學校廚房安裝監控

China's Ministry of Education has issued a document encouraging primary and secondary schools as well as kindergartens to install surveillance cameras in kitchens and pantries to monitor the entire process of food production and to improve food safety.

我國教育部日前發佈文件，鼓勵中小學校和幼兒園在廚房、配餐間安裝監控攝像裝置，以監控食品加工製作全過程，提升食品安全水平。

As the weather gets warmer, the possibilities of food poisoning and infectious diseases increase, the document said, adding that schools should be more careful while purchasing ingredients and processing food.

文件指出，隨着天氣轉暖，食物中毒、傳染病進入多發時段；學校在原料採購、食品加工製作方面應更加謹慎。

The food must have clear labels, stating the production date and producer, and expired food must not be used, according to the document.

根據文件，食品須貼有寫明生產日期及生產廠家的清晰標籤，禁止使用過期食品。

Principals will be held accountable in any food safety incidents, according to the document.

文件指出，食品安全校長負責制將會實行。

The document also requires schools to keep an eye on the health of their students by having daily body check-ups.

此外，文件還要求學校開展日常體檢，密切關注學生健康狀況。

Schools also need to launch educational campaigns on food safety and disease prevention and control among students.

學校需要在學生中開展食品安全、疾病防控知識教育活動。
