浙江財經大學提供各類選修課程 化解學生各種難題

Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics (ZUFE) recently offered its students the chance to take an optional course, designed to guide students through difficult decisions using economic methods.

近日，浙江財經大學爲該校學生提供了一門旨在指導學生使用經濟方法做出困難的決策的選修課。

The course was capped at 40 students, but more than 200 students applied to take it.

該課程上限40人，但是有超過200名學生申請了修讀。

University students are constantly faced with choices, both large and small. From choosing between the cafeteria and takeout for lunch, to deciding whether to stay in China or go abroad for a post-graduate degree, the dilemmas are seemingly endless.

大學生經常會面臨各種或大或小的選擇。從選擇自助餐廳還是午餐外賣，到決定待在國內讀研還是出國讀研，糾結看起來是無窮無盡的。

Ni Ni, the teacher of the course, told Qianjiang Evening Post that economics could offer a great solution for those moments of indecision, as economic tools can estimate the actual cost and benefit behind a given decision's outcome.

這門課程的授課老師倪妮向《錢江晚報》透露，經濟學能夠爲這些猶豫不決的時刻給出一個不錯答案，因爲經濟學工具能夠評估一個既定決定結果的實際支出和收益。

"I believe economic knowledge is able to improve our efficiency when making decisions. I therefore designed this course together with some senior students," Ni explained.

倪妮解釋道：“我相信經濟知識能夠在做出決定時提高效率。因此，我與一些大四學生共同設計了這門課程。”

Students can introduce their own tough decisions during class, and Ni will apply economic theories to help them arrive at the best solution.

學生們可以在課堂上介紹他們自己的艱難決定，而倪妮將會運用經濟理論幫助他們實現最佳解決方式。

The forward-thinking professor also hopes this process will encourage students to apply economic thinking in other scenarios.

這名有遠見的教授還希望這一過程可以幫助學生們在其它情境中運用經濟思維。

In addition to the decision-making course, ZUFE is also offering other classes to help solve students' day-to-day problems.

除了決策課程，浙江財經大學還提供其它課程幫助解決學生的日常問題。

For instance, a course about sports and weight loss can guide students to become healthier and change their bodies through a safe, wholesome approach.

例如，一個關於體育和減肥的課程能夠指導學生變得更加健康，並通過一種安全、有益健康的方式改變他們的身體。

Another course related to romance and law offers students insight into different kinds of romantic relations, thereby linking love and law through interviews, video clips and reports.

另外一個與愛情和法律有關的課程，可以幫助學生看待不同種類的愛情關係，從而通過訪談、視頻和報告將愛情與法律聯繫起來。
