Women are making significant progress in the workplace in China, according to a new report.
根據一份最新報告顯示,中國女性在職場取得了顯著的進步。In China last year, women held 44% of senior management roles in companies, according to the report released by LinkedIn, a US-based professional networking website.

In several fields, including education and nonprofit organizations, women hold 47 percent of jobs at director level or above, while in the traditionally male-dominated field of science and technology, the number of women in senior posts has increased by 18 percent since 2008.
