土耳其老虎殺死獅子 一爪擊破頸靜脈

According to the on March 8, tiger killed a lion at Ankara Zoo in Turkey by sticking its paw through a gap in the fence between their cages.

土耳其安卡拉市動物園裏一隻老虎將爪子伸進隔壁的獅籠，“殺”死了一隻獅子。

The tiger squeezed its front leg through the opening and took a swipe at the lion, severing the animal's jugular vein and leaving it dying in a pool of blood.

這隻老虎將前爪伸過籠子的鐵柵欄，抓破了獅子的頸靜脈，而後獅子一命嗚呼，倒在了血泊之中。

The zoo denied reports the tiger had managed to bend the iron bars of its cage to get at the lion and tear it to pieces.

起初有媒體稱，老虎在扭彎了籠子的鋼筋後進入獅籠，很快就把後者撕成了碎片。動物園隨後發表聲明澄清事實。

The attack took place last September. Six tigers and two lions currently inhabit the zoo.

這次“襲擊事件”是發生在去年9月份。動物園目前有6只老虎和2只獅子。
