第1步，打開Word2013文檔窗口，如果看到該Word文檔中包含有紅色、藍色或綠色的波浪線，說明Word文檔中存在拼寫或語法錯誤。切換到“審閱”功能區，在“校對”分組中單擊“拼寫和語法”按鈕，如圖1所示。

第2步，打開“拼寫檢查”任務窗格，根據任務窗格中的拼寫檢查提示確認所標示出的單詞或短語是否確實存在拼寫或語法錯誤。如果確實存在錯誤，則根據提示單擊“更改”按鈕即可。如果標示出的單詞或短語沒有錯誤，可以單擊“忽略”或“全部忽略”按鈕忽略關於此單詞或詞組的修改建議。也可以單擊“添加”按鈕將標示出的單詞或詞組加入到Word2013內置的詞典中，如圖2所示。

第3步，完成拼寫和語法檢查後將直接關閉“拼寫檢查”任務窗格。

第一句:前句和後句時態不一致,後句的is應改爲 was 或 would be,另外還有一小錯誤,monitor 前需加介詞 on.

第二句：句子不完整 (動名詞短語),除非是標題,但標題需要大寫,即：Helping Deaf Students to Learn in the Classroom.
