中國計劃對約30億美元美國輸華產品加徵關稅

Beijing has outlined plans to introduce reciprocal tariffs on US imports ranging from fruit to pork and steel in response to the Trump administration’s plans to impose a 25 per cent levy on up to $60bn in annual imports from China.

北京方面制定了對從水果、豬肉到鋼鐵等多項美國對華出口產品加徵關稅的計劃，以迴應特朗普政府對每年高達600億美元的中國輸美產品徵收25%關稅的計劃。

The Ministry of Commerce said on Friday it was planning tariffs on 128 products accounting for around $3bn in US imports. The plans include a 15 per cent tariff on US steel pipes, fresh fruit and wine and a 25 per cent tariff on pork and recycled aluminium.

中國商務部週五表示，計劃對128個稅項產品加徵關稅，按2017年統計，涉及美對華約30億美元出口。中國擬對美國輸華的鋼管、鮮水果和葡萄酒加徵15%的關稅，並擬對豬肉和回收鋁加徵25%的關稅。

The ministry said the US had seriously upset the normal order of international Trade by using national security as the justification for imposing trade tariffs. China said it would take legal action under the World Trade Organisation framework.

中國商務部表示，美國以“國家安全”爲由徵收貿易關稅的做法，嚴重干擾正常的國際貿易秩序。中方表示，將在世貿組織(WTO)框架下采取法律行動。

Donald Trump announced plans to impose tariffs on Chinese goods on Thursday to redress the US’s $375bn trade deficit with China. The list of products affected is set to be unveiled within 15 days.
