According to the on January 5, MIT Media Lab has made out a fully-functioning flute via a 3-D printer. Called the Objet Connex500 rapid prototyper, the printer can print in multiple materials. The flute was in four pieces just after the print and was then assembled by hand。
美國“大衆科學”網站5日報道稱，麻省理工學院媒體實驗室日前用3D打印機“印”出了一個功能完善的長笛！該打印機名爲Objet Connex500快速圖片打印機，可打印多種材料。據瞭解，該長笛在剛“出機”時只是四片薄片，隨後由研究員手動組合而成。
