This is a bar chart which illustrates the degree of urbanization in China from 1980 to 2019. According to the graph, over the past 40 years, the share of urban population has raised significantly from 19.39% to 60.50%. This chart reveals that China has made great achievements in urbanization.
There are mainly three reasons behind this phenomenon. At first, the Chinese government did not restrict population movement and encouraged farmers to move into urban areas. In response to the policy, more and more people work and live in cities, which promotes the process of urbanization. Secondly, with the trend of economic globalization and the rapid development of China's economy, the process of urbanization in China has been distinctly accelerated in the past 40 years. Thirdly, the improvement of scientific and technological is conducive to promoting the urbanization process. For example, advanced technology is beneficial to urban construction, which will attract a large number of people to settle down in cities.
All in all, China has made remarkable progress in urbanization and it brings surprising changes to society.

Yunnan is a province located in the southwest of China with an average altitude of 1,500 meters. Yunnan has a long history, beautiful scenery and pleasant climate. With an excellent ecological environment and a wide variety of living creatures, Yunnan is known as a paradise for wildlife. Yunnan is also rich in numerous mineral deposits and water resources, which provides favorable conditions for the sustainable development of its economy.
There are 25 ethnic minorities living in Yunnan, most of whom have their own languages, customs and religions. Yunnan's unique landscape and rich ethnic culture have made it one of the most popular tourist destinations in China, attracting large numbers of domestic and foreign tourists every year.
