聯合國安理會再次通過決議 加強對朝鮮的制裁

The UN Security Council last Friday agreed to put more individuals and entities of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) under its sanction list in response to the country's repeated ballistic launches.

聯合國安理會上週五同意將更多的朝鮮民主主義人民共和國的個人和企業加入其制裁名單，以迴應該國多次發射導彈的行爲。

In a unanimously adopted resolution, the 15-nation council decided to impose travel bans and asset freezes on 14 individuals and put sanctions on two companies, one bank as well as the Strategic Rocket Force of the Korean People's Army.

在一致通過的決議中，十五國委員會決定對14人實行旅遊禁令和資產凍結，對兩家公司、一家銀行以及朝鮮人民軍戰略火箭部隊實行制裁。

The Security Council also condemned "in the strongest terms" the nuclear weapons and ballistic missile development activities conducted by the DPRK since September 2016, while urging the DPRK to abandon its nuclear programs and cease all related activities immediately.

安理會還強烈地譴責朝鮮自2016年9月以來進行的核武器和彈道導彈研發活動，同時敦促朝鮮放棄核計劃，立即停止一切有關行動。

Over the past weeks, the DPRK has test-fired several ballistic missiles including a medium-range rocket fell into the Sea of Japan.

過去數週內，朝鮮已經試驗發射了幾枚彈道導彈，這其中包括一顆射入日本海的中程導彈。

According to previous Security Council resolutions, the DPRK is banned from conducting any launches that use ballistic missile technology, nuclear tests or any other provocation.

根據安理會之前的決議，朝鮮被禁止實施任何彈道導彈技術、核試驗或任何其他挑釁行動。

To curb the DPRK's activities, the council has ratcheted up its sanction measures on the country since 2006, which includes banning the sale and transfer of coal, iron and iron ore from the country's territory.
