BEIJing — The Supreme People's Procuratorate (SPP) and the All-China Women's Federation have jointly issued a circular calling for stronger action on crimes that infringe on the rights and interests of women and children.

北京消息：最高人民檢察院和中華全國婦女聯合會聯合發佈通知，要求加強侵害婦女兒童權益犯罪的懲治打擊。

通知強調要推動未成年人司法保護（the judicial protection of juveniles）社會支持體系（social support system）建設，促進婦女兒童保護法律體系健全完善（improve the system of laws for protecting women and children）。
根據通知（circular），各級婦聯組織（organizations of the women's federation at all levels）發現婦女兒童被家暴（domestic violence）、性侵（sexual assault）或者民事、行政合法權益被侵害（other infringements of rights and interests）等線索或涉檢來信來訪的，應及時（in time）將案件線索或涉檢信訪材料移送同級檢察院（procuratorates）。
受理的檢察院應當及時處置，快速辦理，並將處理結果反饋婦聯組織。其中，對性侵未成年人（sexual assaults against juveniles）的案件，應當監督（monitor）公安機關（public security organs）及時立案（the timely filing of the cases），實行“一站式”取證，保障有效懲治犯罪（ensure effective punishments are administered）。
