據人力資源和社會保障部消息，中國就業培訓技術指導中心近日發佈《2019年第三季度全國招聘求職100個短缺職業排行》。這是全國層面上首次彙總發佈人力資源市場招聘求職短缺職業排行。位於排行前列的短缺職業是：營銷員、收銀員、餐廳服務員、保安員、保潔員、商品營業員、家政服務員等。

據每日經濟新聞報道，週四，中國就業培訓技術指導中心（China Employment Training Technique Instruction Centre，簡稱CETTIC）依據102個定點監測城市公共就業服務機構（public employment service centers）人力資源市場填報的人力資源市場招聘、求職數據（recruiting and job-hunting data）發佈了這份排行。
職業短缺排行前十位分別爲：營銷員（salesperson）、收銀員（cashier）、餐廳服務員（restaurant service staff）、保安員（security guard）、保潔員（cleaning attendant）、商品營業員（shop assistant）、家政服務員（housekeeping personnel）、車工（lathe operator）、焊工（welder）、裝卸搬運工（porter）。其中，營銷員的典型需求城市達到了66個。
值得注意（noteworthy）的是，本次排行100個職業，其中42個屬於《中華人民共和國職業分類大典（2015版）》中的第四大類——服務業（service sector）。
對此，業內專家表示，服務人員短缺（professionals shortages in service sector），主要是得益於近年來我國服務業的快速發展（rapid development）。近年來，服務行業一直是吸納就業的重點行業（major employment sector）之一。
人社部（Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security）指出，中國就業培訓技術指導中心發佈該排行，及時蒐集彙總反映人力資源市場（human resource market）招聘求職的動態需求，主要爲國家正在推進實施的大規模職業技能培訓工作（vocational training work）服務，爲進一步提升職業技能培訓工作的針對性、實效性（improve the pertinence and effectiveness during the training）做出努力。
該排行的發佈，也爲用人單位招聘用工（recruiters）和勞動者（applicants）應聘求職提供了方向性指引（directive references）。
