自今年早期開始醫療衛生改革以來，北京市最近又有三家醫院取消藥品加成。

【講解】

Medicine markups就是“藥品加成”，markup指“(在商品原有價格基礎上增加)的金額”；與之相反的“降價銷售金額”則爲markdown。

醫院試點取消藥品加成（medicine markups）是我國public hospital reform（公立醫院改革）的一部分，試點醫院還取消掛號費（registration fee）和診療費（consultation fee)，同時設醫事服務費（medical service fee），實行分級定價。
