職場上，到了一個新崗位，都會有一個試用期。

每個公司的試用期長短可能不一，可能三個月，可能六個月。一般試用期工資打8折，可沒法和正式員工享受一樣的待遇。

在英文中，試用叫 probation

在試用，一般說成：on probation

試用期叫做 probation period

During the probation period, a worker may discharge the labor contract if he informs the employer three days in advance. 

勞動者在試用期內提前三日通知用人單位，可以解除勞動合同。

但這個詞，在法律英語中，還有另外一層意思，意思是“在服緩刑”

所以，在理解這個詞組的時候，千萬要看語境哦。
