但是 can 一般用於現在時和過去時 而be able to可以用於任何時態。

Care+從句省略about
Get married to sb.= marry sb. 與某人結婚。
關於花費：

So+adj.+從句。

動詞不定式
基本形式：to+動詞原形(肯定形式)
Not to+動詞原形(否定形式)
特徵：沒有人稱和數的變化。
常用句型：
It’s + adj + to do sth.
Too+ adj + to do sth.
動詞不定式可以跟疑問詞連用。
E.g. I don’t know what to do how to do it.

Plan to do sth. 計劃做某事。
Make a plan to…make plans to… 制定……的計劃。
Section B
At the foot of… 在……的腳下。
Marks the beginning of… 標誌着……的開始。
By the way. 順便問一下。

“幾個半”表示方法：
基數詞+and+ a half +n.=基數詞 +n. + and +a half.
E.g. one and a half years=one year and a half. 一年半。
表示方位的介詞區別
In the + 方位名詞 + of… 指某一範圍內的地區。(中國，北京)
to the + 方位名詞 + of… 指互不接壤互不管轄的地區。(中國，日本)
on the + 方位名詞 +of… 相互接壤但互不管轄的地區。(中國，尼泊爾)

Notice sb dodoing sth. 注意某人(正在做)做某事。

時間狀語從句
特徵：
常用一般現在時表示將來時。
前句將來時，從句用一般現在時。
時態一致——前句與從句同時爲過去時。
引導時間狀語從屬連詞：
When(當……的時候，強調同一時間或一前一後) while(當……的時候，帶有延續性) before(在……之前) after (在……之後) as(當……的時候) until、till(直到……爲止) as soon as(一……就……)

Section B
Warn sb to do sth not to do sth. 警告、提醒某人做某事、不做某事。

使役動詞 make let have 等，一律省去to ，直接加動詞原形。

條件狀語從句
由if, unless(除非)引導的狀語從句叫條件狀語從句。
特徵：
常用一般現在時表示將來時。
前句將來時，從句用一般現在時。
主句含 一般將來時、祈使句、情態動詞，從句用一般現在時。

How 引導的感嘆句，強調形容詞和副詞。
How + adj. adv. +主語+謂語!
What 引導的感嘆句，強調名詞，單數可數名詞前帶冠詞aan.
有時主語和謂語可以省去。
What +aan + adj. + n. (單數可數) +主+謂!
What + adj. +n. (不可數) +主+謂!
What + adj. +n. (複數) +主+謂!

Invitation 邀請函。
賓語從句Ⅰ
由一個句子充當賓語，這樣的句子叫賓語從句。
從句與主句之前由從屬連詞連接。
主語+引導詞+陳述句。
That 引導賓從。
由陳述句充當賓從，引導詞that 省略。
時態
當主句是一般現在時，賓從不隨主句時態影響，可以根據句子本身時態使用時態。
當主句是一般過去時，從句時態應一致。
賓從語序用陳述句語序。

Be glad + adj. +that 從句。 高興……
Cut sth. 切某物。
Cut up 切碎。Cut sth. Into… 切成。
Cut down 砍到。
Add to… 添加……上。Add…to… 將……加在……

表順序詞：(含序數詞)
First 首先。Second 其次next在此then然後。After that 然後 finally 最後。

Finish doing sth. 完成做某事。

賓語從句Ⅱ
If whether 引導的賓語從句，不能省略引導詞，if可以與whether通用，但在 whether…or not 的情況下則不能。
If 引導條件狀語從句，當主句是一般將來時，從句爲一般現在時。
介詞後不定式前 均用whether而不用if.

連接的並列成分必須相同，當連接兩個名詞或代詞爲主語、謂語動詞單複數採用就近原則，保持一致。

副詞比較級基本用法。
副詞的比較等級形式與變化與形容詞大致相同，以後綴-ly 結尾的比較級和最高級大多在前面加 more 和 most
原級。As + adj. / adv. 原級+ as 和……一樣。
比較級。 Adj. / adv. 比較級 + than 比…更…
最高級。三者或三者以上比較時，常用 the + adj. / adv. 最高級 + in/of…(比較範圍)
副詞最高級前可以省略 the
*否定比較級可用 less + adj. / adv. 原級+ than.
*同級比較中第一個as前面用序數詞或量詞修飾，可表示倍數關係。
*形容詞和副詞比較級前用much a lot 等修飾，表示不同程度。
*藉助other、else 或否定詞，比較級形式可用來表示最高級概念。
the + 比較級……，the + 比較級……。 表示 越……越……
比較級 + and + 比較級。 表示 越來越……

用於引導主句導致的結果。

不同：so 後面接形容詞或副詞，such 後面接名詞。
So that. 引導結果狀語從句，表示 因此、所以。

Be make from +原料 由……製成。(看不出原材料)

Either… or… 要麼……要麼，不是……就是……，表選擇關係。
分別that, those, one, ones.
That 指代上文出現過的不可數名詞。
Those 指代上文出現過的複數名詞。

Ones 指代上文出現過的可數名詞的複數。

Well-known = widely known 衆所周知。
At the time 一度，曾經。
At a time 每一次。用在句末。
At times 有時候。等於sometimes
Except 除了……以外。除去部分不包括在內。
Besides 除了……以外，還有…… 除去部分包括在內。
But 除了……以外，沒有……，只有……
賓語從句Ⅲ
把疑問句變成陳述句(陳述語序)
刪除：如果句中含有助動詞dodoesdid 就把其刪掉後面的動詞，作出相應的變化。
移動：如果句子含有情態動詞和be 動詞，以及否定的助動詞，把它們移動到主語後，行爲動詞前。
由特殊疑問詞引導的賓從可以轉換成：主語+謂語動詞+特別疑問句詞+to+動詞原形。
賓語從句的口訣：
學習賓從要注意，時態語序和連詞。
時態主從要呼應：
主句若爲現在時，從句時態隨句意。
主句若爲過去時，從句時態變過去。
賓從所示表真理，時態不變不懷疑。
語序要用陳述序，切莫照搬疑問句。
That連接陳述句，省與不省要注意。
從句若表“是否”時，if/whether 要牢記。
特殊問句做賓語，仍用原來疑問詞。
三個問題要記牢，切莫丟東又往西。
