失信被執行人出行受限 護照無法購機票高鐵票

People who have failed to fulfill court orders will be unable to travel by plane, sleeper train, or first-class coaches on high-speed trains and bullet trains with their passports in China, according to the Supreme People's Court (SPC).

最高人民法院近日表示，失信被執行人將無法在國內利用護照購買飛機票、列車臥鋪、高鐵和動車一等座車票出行。

Previously, as courts only had the ID card information of defaulters, airlines and railway companies could only bar defaulters from purchasing tickets based on ID card information provided by courts.

此前，由於法院只掌握失信被執行人的身份證信息，航空和鐵路公司只能根據法院提供的失信被執行人身份證信息限制其購票。

However, many defaulters still managed to buy tickets with their passports, circumventing the ban.

不過，許多失信被執行人仍然設法利用護照購票，規避禁令。

The SPC and police formulated a system for browsing passport information online, and the SPC paired defaulters' passport information with their ID card numbers so that purchasing tickets via passports will no longer be a viable alternative.

最高法和公安部門推出一個可以在線瀏覽護照信息的系統，最高法已將失信被執行人的護照信息與身份證號碼相匹配，利用護照購票將不再可行。
