與every的用法區別 ①each強調個別，而every則用來概括全體，與all相當。所以，與almost, nearly, without exception等連用時，可用every, 不能用each。如：Each student in this class gave a different answer. 這個班的學生所給答案一個人一個樣。Every student / All students in this class passed the exam. 這個班的所有同學都考試及格了。②each指兩者或者兩者以上的“每一”，而every則指三者或三者以上的“每一”。即each可指兩者，而every則不能。如：There are lots of trees on each (=either) side of the river. 河的兩岸有許多樹。③each還可用作代詞和副詞，而every只能用作形容詞，作定語。
