商務英語口語對話:辭職了我能上哪裏去?

F: are you work.a href="https://m.jjyyf.com/tags-5058-0.html" target="_blank" >ing overtime again? Over the last two weeks, you have worked overtime every day without a break! Your company is draining the life

out of you!

M: I know, but I don't have a choice, my boss has complete control over our work schedules.I haven't made it out of the office before 9:00 PM a single

day this week.

F: Well,I hope they're paying you the big bucks for all this work...

M: No, not exactly, I'm working for minimum they don't give extra pay for overtime. Overtime is our own time.

F: What?! Isn't there a law against that, I think there is some legislation that requires emplyers to give their employees a fair rate of wages. You

should know your rights! If you are putting in so many hours, they should give you some kind of compensation.

M: They do give bonuses at the end of the year for the employees with highest productivity numbers, but frankly, it's not much of an incentive. They

give us a bonus of ten dollars.

F: That's just wrong! why don't you just quit?

M: I would, but I'm afraid I would't be able to find another job. I don't have very many job maketable skills, there aren't so many jobs that I'm

qualified for.

F: it sounds like any job will be better than the one you have now!

你又加班了?在過去的兩週裏,你們每天加班一點兒也沒休息過.你們公司想累死你們啊!

沒有,你說的一點也不對...我的工資最低.而且他們也不給加班費,加班用的是我們自己的時間.
什麼?!這不違法?我記得有些立法就要求僱主給他們的員工相當的工資.你應該瞭解自己的權利!如果你加了那麼長時間的班,他們應該給你某種補償.
年底他們確實給那些生產效率最高的員工發獎金...不過說實話,那根本算不上什麼獎勵.他們給我們的獎金只有10美元.
這種做法肯定不對!那你爲什麼不辭職?
我想辭職,可是我也怕也許找不到第二份工作.我沒有太多適合推銷的工作技能...也沒有太多適合我乾的工作.
聽起來好像無論哪份工作都要比你現在的這個工作好多了.
