時事新聞:少年賣腎買ipad案涉案人被捕
Five people in Chenzhou city in Hunan Province face charges of the illegal trading of a kidney from a teenager who bought an iPhone and an iPad with the earnings, Xinhua reported. The five have been charged with causing intentional injury.
據新華社報道，“少年賣腎”案５名涉案人在湖南省郴州市被以非法買賣人體器官提起公訴，該名少年用賣腎換來的錢買了蘋果iPhone手機和iPad平板電腦。5人涉嫌故意傷害罪。
Defendant He Wei, who was penniless and frustrated over gambling debts, sought to make enormous earnings through illegal kidney trading. He asked Yin Shen to look for donors through online chat rooms and Tang Shimin to lease an operating room from Su Kaizong, the contractor of a local hospital's urology department.
被告人何偉因賭博欠債窮途潦倒，遂企圖通過非法腎移植牟取暴利，便邀被告人尹申爲其上網尋找非法移植的腎源。何偉又通過被告人唐世民找到某醫院男性泌尿科承包人蘇開宗爲其提供移植手術便利。
Song Zhongyu, a surgeon from a hospital in Yunnan Province, conducted the kidney transplant from a 17-year-old high school student, surnamed Wang, to a recipient in April last year. He received about 220,000 yuan for the activity and gave Wang 22,000 yuan.
去年4月，雲南省某醫院醫生宋忠於爲17歲高中生王某做了人體活體腎臟移植手術。他從中獲利約22萬元，支付給王某2.2萬元。
Wang now suffers from renal insufficiency and his condition is deteriorating.
目前，被害人王某身體狀況越來越差，檢查結果爲腎功能不全。
