中國人民政治協商會議第十二屆全國委員會全體成員在3月3日的全國政協十二屆二次會議開幕式上爲週六（3月1日）昆明恐怖襲擊事件中的遇難者默哀。

【講解】

“默哀”（silent tribute）是對逝者表示悼念的一種方式，“爲…默哀”可用pay silent tribute to someone或observe a moment of silence for someone表示。在互聯網普及的今天，不少人還會在網上敬獻虛擬花圈（virtual wreath）對逝者進行網上悼念（online tribute）。四川汶川地震和青海玉樹地震後，國家都設立了全國哀悼日（national mourning day），對遇難者進行悼念。
