第二, 詞彙拾貝

make heads or tails of

exp. To understand someone or something. (弄清楚…….,充分了解清楚………)

e.g. I can't make heads or tails of that new guy in accounting. Sometimes, he's really friendly, and then other times he acts like he's never met me before.

2. have some trouble in:在…….有困難

e.g. We had some trouble in the village last night, but it's all right now.

e.g. I have some trouble in reading her handwriting.

我認她的筆跡感到有些困難。

3. do somebody a favor:幫……的忙

e.g. Could you do me a favor to hand me that pencil, please?

e.g. It's a good idea to butter a person up before asking them to do you a favor.

在要求別人幫你忙之前,最好先對他們說些好聽的話。
