深圳房價上漲

上海易居房地產研究院27日發佈的全國35個城市房價收入比榜單顯示,2014年,深圳房價收入比高達20,取代北京位列首位。該報告稱,2014年35個城市房價收入比均值爲8.7,有14個城市房價收入比高於該均值。

According to the institute, a reasonable housing price to income ratio in China should be between 6 to 7.

易居研究院認爲我國房價收入比保持在6-7屬合理區間。

Housing prices reportedly surged nearly 40% in less than two months in some hot areas of Shenzhen, after a new loose mortgage policy was issued by the central government on March 30 this year.

另據報道,今年3·30中央房貸寬鬆新政後,在不到兩個月的時間裏,深圳部分熱點區域房價飆升近40%。
