公安部週四表示，民衆如果對拍攝的居民身份證相片不滿意，可以申請重新拍照，這是公安部爲提供更多便民服務推出的其中一項最新舉措。

公安部（Ministry of Public Security）推出深化治安管理“放管服”改革（reform）便民利民6項措施（measures），進一步爲企業羣衆簡化行政手續（simplification of administrative procedures）。
這6項措施的內容主要包括：簡化企業開辦（set up companies）程序，壓縮開辦時間；減輕企業經濟負擔（alleviate the financial burden）；減免企業辦事證明材料(reduce or exempt business certification materials)；建立企業內部安全隨訪制；爲羣衆辦理居民身份證（ID cards）和居住證（residence permits）提供便利服務（convenient services）；優化戶政管理服務（optimize management services for or household registration）等。
即日起，居民身份證相片可以“多拍優選”。羣衆如果對拍攝的居民身份證相片不滿意，可以申請重新拍照3次（rephotographed three times），從中優選滿意相片（choose the one they are satisfied with）。
另外，公安部還將指導各地依託網上辦事平臺，爲企業（enterprises）和羣衆提供戶籍政策在線諮詢（consult）、業務預約（make appointments for hukou transaction services）、業務辦理進展查詢（inquire about processing progress）等多項服務。
