小強英語 第128期:無力吐槽"狗血"劇!

大家好，歡迎來到小強英語。漢語中，有些影視劇的劇情很老套、模仿很拙劣，或者表演很虛假，這個時候，我們常常會用到“狗血”這個詞來形容。在英語當中，“狗血”這個意思該怎麼說呢？我們來看相關的四個詞：
1. cliche陳詞濫調。如果一部劇的情節很俗，很容易猜到，那就可以用這個詞了。比如：The happy ending of the film is a romantic cliche, but I loved it just the same.電影美麗的結尾有些陳詞濫調，但我還是喜歡。
2. cheesy. If you describe something as cheesy, you mean that it is cheap, unpleasant, or insincere. 廉價、令人不快、虛僞的。大家可以在谷歌上搜索"TV's All-Time Cheesiest Shows"也就是中文當中所說的史上最狗血電視劇。
3. Corny. If you describe something as corny, you mean that it is obvious or sentimental and not at all original. 可以用來形容影視劇的陳腐老套、過於煽情。比如有位評論家在談到Meet Dave這部電影時就說：This is a corny idea, a corny film, with a corny plot. But it's really not all that bad.點子、電影和情節都很狗血，不過也沒那麼差。
4. tacky. If you describe something as tacky, you dislike it because it is cheap and badly made or vulgar.簡單來講就是“低劣的”。印度導演Farah Khan（法拉可汗）在接受採訪時就曾說：“I don’t make tacky films.”我不拍粗製濫造的電影。我想這也應該是其他導演應有的職業態度。
